Infusion Nurse

Infusion Nurse provides direct patient care for assigned infusion therapy patients in the home or alternate sites, including assessments, care planning, and education; collaborates with care team members and caregivers; evaluates home environments and safety; develops and evaluates plans of care; manages scheduling and documentation; participates in on‐call rotation to ensure continuous nursing support; maintains knowledge of Soleo therapies and regulatory requirements; requires RN licensure in GA and BSN preferred; experience in infusion therapy and ICU/cardiac care is preferred.
