Job Summary
Infusion Nurse RN providing in-home infusion care and administering specialty pharmacy infusions and injectables in home-care settings, infusion suites, or physician offices. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality patient care with minimal supervision, managing infusion therapies, accessing CVADs/PICCs/ports, SCIG, phlebotomy, and ensuring infection control. Coordinate care with the Director of Nursing, update patient care plans, and address age-specific needs. Requires willingness to travel within the assigned geographic region and be on-call as needed; CPR and other emergency procedures as necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse through the State Board of Nursing is required.
