Job Summary
Administer on-site and virtual infusions and injections with precision while conducting patient assessments, documenting SOAP notes, and monitoring treatment responses. Educate patients and families on disease management and side effects, then collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize clinical workflows and ensure regulatory compliance. Manage inventory, process prior authorizations, and maintain accurate EHR records while supporting operations and training initiatives. Work across multiple facilities within the designated market to meet shifting demand for specialized infusion therapies for chronic conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Active and Unrestricted Licenses – Nurse Practitioner (NP) license and Registered Nurse (RN) license (if required by the state)
- Board Certification – AANP or ANCC certification required
- BLS certification required
- Ability to Treat a Diverse Patient Population – Must be able to care for both adults and pediatrics
Desired Qualifications
- PALS certification preferred
- Clinical Experience – Background in an ambulatory infusion center, outpatient specialty clinic, or similar setting is a plus
- Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) preferred
- Experience with specialty biologics, medication management, and emergency response protocols
- Experience with EHR systems and a strong understanding of HIPAA and regulatory compliance
- Ability to work effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
