Infusion Nurse

Administer prescribed intravenous medications, fluids, and treatments while monitoring patients for adverse reactions and maintaining IV access. Perform venipuncture, educate patients on treatment plans and side effects, and maintain accurate documentation in electronic medical records. Collaborate with physicians and nurse practitioners to develop individualized care plans, follow infection control protocols, and manage infusion supply inventory. Stay current with infusion therapy best practices and participate in ongoing training and department meetings. Requires North Carolina RN licensure, BLS/CPR certification, and minimum two years of infusion therapy experience. Day shift employment with hourly pay.
