Job Summary
Infusion Nurse II coordinates and provides intermediate direct patient care to patients in the home or an alternate infusion setting, under supervision, ensuring safety and adherence to the physician's plan of care. Responsibilities include initiating and adjusting nursing plans, administering medications, educating patients and families, coordinating discharge planning, documenting care in real time, and mentoring Infusion Nurse I staff. Requires an active RN license, CPR certification, and at least 1 year of nursing experience; travel up to 100% of the time is required. Per diem position with pay range $36.89–$61.49/hour, and benefits including retirement plan options and ongoing professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice
- CPR certification
- Basic education and/or experience in nursing care for infusion
- Travel ability (up to 100% of the time)
