Job Summary
Infusion Nurse II coordinates and provides intermediate direct patient care in the home or alternate infusion suite, initiates and evaluates treatment plans, administers medications, educates patients and families, coordinates discharge planning, supervises paraprofessionals, maintains real-time documentation, and communicates with the clinical team to ensure continuity of care. Requires active RN license, CPR, and strong patient-care skills; travel up to 100% of the time; BSN preferred with infusion nursing experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice
- Minimum of 1 year nursing experience
- Current CPR certification
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
- Infusion nursing experience preferred
- Ability to travel up to 100% of the time (travel requirements)
- BSN preferred
