Infusion Nurse

Observe patients, record significant conditions and reactions, and notify the supervisor or physician of any deviations. Administer chemotherapy, biotherapy, infusions, injections, and transfusions according to physician orders while maintaining awareness of comfort and safety needs. Take vital signs including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure to assess patient condition. Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and multidisciplinary team members to deliver continuity of care throughout treatment stages. Review chemotherapy regiments for accuracy before delivery, check infusion supplies, and assist with phlebotomy and shots as required. Manage an outpatient caseload across four locations (North Charleston, Summerville, Mount Pleasant, and West Ashley) with travel between sites. Maintain RN license and strict HIPAA compliance. Requires current SC RN license, EHR experience, and preferred hematology/oncology background.
