Infusion Nurse I - Per Diem

Infusion Nurse I provides basic direct patient care in the home or an alternate infusion site under supervision, initiating and adjusting nursing plan of care, administering medications, educating patients and families, coordinating with the clinical team, and ensuring timely documentation and discharge planning for patients receiving infusion therapy. Responsibilities include evaluating patient status, communicating with physicians and care teams, ensuring HIPAA and policy compliance, supervising paraprofessionals when applicable, and participating in on-call coverage; travel to patient homes may be required. A licensed RN with CPR certification and basic computer skills is expected, with 0-2 years of healthcare experience and a valid driver’s license for required travel.
