Job Summary
Develop the OT/IT infrastructure architecture and future vision for a secure, reliable digital environment supporting water management operations. Establish architecture frameworks, guidelines, and standards for infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and generic platform services. Maintain integration between operational technology, IT, and information services while ensuring safe and controlled connectivity. Lead complex architecture challenges and coordinate with stakeholders across operations, security, and governance teams. Ensure compliance with regulations such as BIO and NIS2, guiding implementation of architectural decisions within projects and ongoing management. Mentor colleagues transitioning from specialist roles to architect positions, fostering their development into leadership capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau met een technische of bedrijfskundige achtergrond
- Ruime ervaring als infrastructuurarchitect binnen complexe IT- en/of OT-omgevingen
- Het vermogen om technische vraagstukken te vertalen naar architectuurkeuzes en hierin regie te voeren
- Brede kennis van infrastructuur, cloud, netwerken, cybersecurity en industriële automatisering
- Ervaring met architectuurmethodieken en kennis van governance-, security- en compliancevraagstukken zoals BIO en NIS2
- Waterschap De Dommel vraagt bij een aanstelling een verklaring omtrent gedrag (VOG)
