Job Summary
Infrastructure Systems Manager responsible for owning the Systems infrastructure and related Business Technology (BT) initiatives, leading a team, aligning BT strategy with company objectives, and driving performance through coaching and process improvement. Key duties include managing infrastructure deployment, disaster recovery and backup procedures, ensuring system uptime and SLAs, fostering vendor relationships, collaborating with business owners and department leads, and contributing to process optimization and ROI. Must have an Associate degree (Bachelor’s preferred), 10+ years in a business technology role with management experience, and willingness to travel ~15%.
