Job Summary
Assess, implement, and verify service upgrades for enterprise infrastructure including cloud, virtualization, server, storage, network, endpoints, and directory services. Engineer, design, test, and maintain full life-cycle management of complex solutions while developing process scripting and application health monitoring automation using PowerShell or Python. Provide support for systems administration tasks such as patching and updating, and analyze customer functional requirements to develop system specifications and implement solutions. Participate in research and development of innovative technologies, create architecture diagrams, and provide status reports during weekly meetings. Requires TS/SCI clearance and 8570 IAT Level II certification.
Required Qualifications
- 8570 IAT Level II Certification (typically Security+)
- TS/SCI with CI Poly
- High School+8 years; Bachelor's+5; Master's+3
- Demonstrated experience with complex enterprise technical infrastructure and cloud services and superior, service-oriented approach to IT Operations
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory Services, GPOs, DNS, DHCP, Active Roles Server
- Experience with VMWare infrastructure, Unix, Windows, and/or Storage
- Experience with planning and implementing system upgrades and enhancements
- Experience developing and implementing automated testing strategies
- Engaging communications style with customers, peers, and support teams
