Job Summary
Project and Specification Manager focusing on Protective Coatings for Civil Infrastructure in Italy. Develop durable customer relationships across the value chain, become the go-to coating advisor, identify and drive market innovation, execute value selling to new and existing customers, and manage projects from identification through contracting. Requires industry knowledge of protective coatings, experience in pipeline and key account management, familiarity with Salesforce, and ability to collaborate with cross-regional teams to secure cross-border project wins.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- 5-7 years of Experience in Relationship Management and Industry Expertise in Civil Infrastructure
- Knowledge of CRM tools like Salesforce.com
- Ability to develop durable customer relationships across value chain
- Proficiency in value selling for products and services
- Project management experience from identification to contracting
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Multilingual abilities beneficial, especially English and other European languages
