Job Summary
Infrastructure Specialist responsible for administering and overseeing IT infrastructure within MBU data centers, maintaining an IT system update program, assessing infrastructure landscape, developing budget projections, ensuring policy compliance, and coordinating IT changes with business operations. Provides architecture/engineering support to evaluate and implement hardware/software, develop infrastructure controls aligned with security and regulatory requirements, and support end-user services through problem solving and incident management. Requires experience in virtualization, VMware ESXi, networking, Active Directory, Windows Server, security practices, ITIL familiarity, and strong collaboration across locations; includes relocation support and a 7-on/7-off schedule in Snow Lake, MB.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in computer science or a related discipline is required
- 5 or more years of experience in Information Technology with a focus on virtualization, SAN, LANs, server and network hardware, and software support
