Job Summary
Manage the security, integrity, availability, and performance of the Force's infrastructure software, data centres, directory services, and application delivery platforms. Deliver specialist technical advice on incident, configuration, capacity, and release management aligned with the ITIL framework. Interpret customer needs and exercise judgment to resolve complex technical issues across email, collaboration, and backup systems.
Required Qualifications
- Pass Management Vetting and Counter Terrorism scrutiny
- Pass medical checks, which may include a drug and hearing test
- Hybrid working capability (36.5hrs a week at times agreed by management)
