Job Summary
Infrastructure Services Engineer to support GEOINT missions across NSG/ASG and Federal agencies; apply a multi-discipline engineering approach to deliver GEOINT capabilities. Lead planning, analysis, and traceability of user requirements and system architectures; identify opportunities to automate or improve existing systems and evaluate cloud service capabilities, workflows, and scheduling constraints. Design solutions based on emerging technologies and requirements analysis, and mentor Junior Engineers in developing these technical skill sets. Assist the Government in capturing and translating mission and customer needs into well-defined systems and capability requirements. Support the analysis and allocation of requirements to systems architecture components and executing programs. Support Government-led systems integration activities across complex, multi-domain environments. Contribute to AoAs, CoAs, Trade Studies, and Engineering Assessments. Assist with strategic technical planning, project management, performance engineering, risk management, and interface design.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Systems Engineering or a related technical/scientific field (engineering, physics, mathematics, operations research, engineering management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related STEM discipline)
- 6+ years of Systems Engineering experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree
- 6+ years of experience in government or industry across one or more of the following: DoD/IC Acquisition Process, Requirements Process, PPBES Process, or systems engineering of large-scale Systems of Systems or Service-Oriented Architecture/Cloud environments
- Active TS/SCI clearance or the ability to obtain SCI access and pass a polygraph
