Job Summary
Manage and deploy IT equipment within the Corporate Data Center, oversee IT Asset Management and Data Center Infrastructure Management tools, and coordinate with 3rd party vendors. Responsible for building and delivering key reports and providing technical guidance to IT teams on Data Center processes; requires strong communication skills, troubleshooting, and ability to work in a hybrid environment in Fort Worth, TX. Must be able to assist clients over the phone or face-to-face, set up systems per equipment manuals, and lift ~50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree and 2 years in Information Technology OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 4 year Information Technology experience OR 6 years Information Technology experience
