Infrastructure Senior Technology Analyst - Assistant Vice President

Infrastructure Senior Technology Analyst is an intermediate role responsible for assisting with LAN/WAN and help desk administration activities, including network maintenance, security in coordination with the Technology Infrastructure team. The objective is to use infrastructure technology knowledge and identified policies to process data, resolve issues and execute administrative tasks. Responsibilities include creating complex project plans, performing impact analyses, solving high-impact problems, driving Root Cause Analysis post-restoration, designing testing approaches and automation of repetitive tasks, reviewing requirement documents, defining hardware requirements, providing technical/strategic direction, acting as advisor/coach to lower level analysts, developing projects for design of metrics and best practices, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and firm policies. The role requires the ability to operate with limited supervision, exercise independent judgement, and act as SME to senior stakeholders; risk assessment and ethical conduct are emphasized in decision-making. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is expected, with 8 years of relevant Infra Technologies delivery experience preferred.
