Job Summary
Design and operate secure IT infrastructures in an international environment while identifying and minimizing security risks through proactive measures. Develop and implement security strategies integrated into daily operations, collaborating with the Cyber Security Team to continuously improve safety protocols. Provide technical advisory and support for security inquiries across various platforms. Manage enterprise-level infrastructure hardening and risk analysis aligned with industry standards. Work within agile environments with full responsibility for stability, availability, and security in a critical supply infrastructure context.
Required Qualifications
- Hochschulabschluss im Bereich Informatik oder IT-Sicherheit
- Mehrjährige Praxis in der Betreuung und Absicherung komplexer IT-Infrastrukturen auf Enterprise-Level
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Design, Betrieb und der Härtung von Systemlandschaften (Windows, Linux, Datenbanken) sowie Virtualisierungs- und Container-Plattformen
- Erfahrung mit sicherheitsrelevanten Prüfverfahren (z. B. Audits, Penetrationstests) sowie im Schutz moderner Cloud- und Collaboration-Plattformen
- Vertrautheit mit gängigen Sicherheitsstandards und Frameworks sowie im Umgang mit Risikoanalysen
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich zu vermitteln
