Job Summary
Infrastructure Project Manager role leading development, management, and execution of military construction and renovation projects (labs, offices, hangars, fleet facilities) meeting ICD-705 SCIF/SAPF standards; directs matrixed teams (SSMs, Facilities Engineers, logisticians, admin coordinators); develops and manages SOWs, concept requests, and master schedules; collaborates with NAVFAC, prime contractors, and program leadership to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and transition to end-users; requires DoD Top Secret clearance, on-site in Patuxent River, MD, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and SharePoint; travel 10-20%; relocation/ signing bonus offered; 10+ years relevant experience; Bachelor’s desired but substitutions not allowed; on-site only.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ten years of relevant experience with at least five years in construction management, facilities planning, or infrastructure project execution
