Job Summary
Oversee all consultants and main contractors on site as the client for major real estate, mall, and mixed-use projects. Manage complex teams of international consultants and contractors while demonstrating a complete understanding of roads, highways, and associated clean and dirty water infrastructure across large project areas. Lead by example in a client-side role based on site, requiring eight plus years of post-graduate experience in civil engineering or construction management with developer experience. Required Qualifications
- 8 plus years experience post graduate
- Degree in Civ Eng or Const Management
- Client, developer experience
- Must be able to demonstrate a complete understanding of roads, highways and all associated clean and dirty water infrastructure across a large project area
- An ability to lead by example and manage complex teams of consultants and contractors across various nationalities
