Job Summary
Infrastructure Project Manager Assistant Vice President Level in New York City. Hybrid work arrangement: 2-3 days onsite with alternating in-office days. Supports enterprise infrastructure governance, project intake, dependency management, risk oversight, and standardized reporting across multiple infrastructure towers within the PMO. Focused on project initiation artifacts (charters, business requirements, high-level scope, ROM estimates, risk assessments), readiness criteria, and governance approvals. Maintains RAID/change logs, produces regular project/portfolio reporting, and presents health and budget updates to leadership. Requires a 4-year college degree and prior IT infrastructure PMO experience; strong Power BI and Confluence skills; capable of coordinating with sponsors, technical owners, and stakeholders. Salary up to $120k; no sponsorship available.
