Job Summary
Hands-on Infrastructure & Production Support Analyst role focused on supporting enterprise applications and backend infrastructure. Responsible for monitoring and managing batch jobs and data workflows with AutoSys, supporting ETL processes and troubleshooting Informatica workflows, and performing real-time monitoring and alerting with Splunk and Grafana. Performs log and performance analysis to quickly identify and resolve production issues, supports both Windows and Linux server environments, coordinates patching and health checks, and leads incident management, problem management, and root cause analysis. Collaborates with infrastructure, database, and application teams for issue resolution and deployments, supports release activities and environment validations across Dev, QA, and Prod, and maintains monitoring dashboards, alerts, and related operational documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience supporting enterprise applications and backend infrastructure
- Experience with job scheduling and batch/workflow management (AutoSys)
- Experience with ETL processes and troubleshooting Informatica workflows and data pipelines
- Real-time monitoring and alerting using Splunk and Grafana
- Experience working in Windows and Linux server environments for application support
- Patching coordination and health checks of systems
- Incident management, problem management, and root cause analysis (RCA)
- Coordinating with infrastructure, database, and application teams for issue resolution and deployments
- Support for release activities, job scheduling changes, and environment validations across Dev/QA/Prod
- Maintenance of monitoring dashboards, alerts, and operational documentation
