Job Summary
Support active infrastructure planning assignments, including feasibility studies, linear corridor and vertical facility analyses, and policy and master planning projects. Prepare planning reports and alternative assessments while taking increasing responsibility for deliverable development, stakeholder engagement, and analysis. Collaborate with the project design team to deliver Environmental Assessment Reports, Studies, and Detailed Design that meet client requirements. Mentor junior team members to promote a high-performance culture. This Intermediate Planner role is based in the Greater Toronto Area with a hybrid schedule, offering a base compensation range of $70,400-$88,000.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Planning
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in urban and infrastructure planning and delivery
- exposure to both public and private sector projects
- Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills
- ability to plan and deliver tasks to schedule

Desired Qualifications
- RPP (Registered Professional Planner) designation or eligibility to register
