Job Summary

Build, manage, monitor, secure, and operate the firm's infrastructure systems and environments supporting applications, global integration points, and Cloud systems. Perform hands-on configuration, create system documentation, and participate in disaster recovery planning, implementation, testing, and validation. Execute daily monitoring and maintenance to ensure system availability and stability, while resolving escalated cases and conducting fault resolution with root-cause diagnosis. Plan and implement upgrades, patches, and capacity changes, and proactively identify needs for improvements. Participate in vendor relationships and lead technical communication between resources to define requirements and plan implementation. Join a 24x7 on-call rotation. Requires 5+ years of experience with Active Directory, networking, and storage, plus senior technical skills for interpretation and negotiation. Hybrid work schedule available across U.S. offices.

Required Qualifications

  • Excellent scripting skills
  • Must have a detailed technical knowledge of infrastructure products with experience in security configuration
  • Experience must include understanding performance, security and application requirements and ability to design appropriate solutions
  • In depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure Active Directory, DNS, WINs, DHCP, network topologies, along with expert knowledge in performance tuning and troubleshooting
  • Experience with Unified Communications and Collaboration technologies
  • Must have senior technical skills in order to provide interpretation and communication/negotiation between technical resources to ensure that requirements are gathered and defined precisely and to plan for effective and timely implementation
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Minimum Education High School or GED
  • Minimum Years of Experience 5 years' experience with Active Directory, computer storage and networking
  • Must be able to lift 10 pounds of force
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods
  • Must be able to walk
  • Must be able to stand
  • Must be able to travel domestically and internationally
  • Must be available for a 24x7 on-call rotation
  • Must be able to participate in disaster recovery planning, implementation, testing and validation

  • Must be able to perform daily monitoring and support of the Firm's systems, applications and ensuring availability and stability of systems

  • Must be able to produce high-quality work and respond to correspondence in an efficient, timely, and professional manner
  • Must be able to meet deadlines, manage competing priorities, and commit to meeting high standards
  • Must be able to comply with firm policies and procedures
  • Must be able to maintain confidences as required in a law firm environment

Desired Qualifications

  • Preferred Education Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
