Job Summary
Lead the Infrastructure Observability and Monitoring team, architect and implement real-time monitoring solutions, manage access to dashboards and data, collaborate on data collection and alerting, design tests for validation of system health, and provide Tier 3 engineering support to meet SLA requirements. Leverages tools like Splunk, SolarWinds, NNMi, and ServiceNow; coordinates with engineers and government stakeholders; develops documentation for monitoring platforms and analytic capabilities; requires TS/SCI with poly and 6+ years of hands-on monitoring experience.
Required Qualifications
- Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain poly
- DOD 8140 Certification applicable to role (minimum Security+)
- AA and 14+ years of experience, BS/BA and 12+ years of experience, MS/MA and 10+ years of experience, or PhD and 8+ years of experience
- Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience designing, integrating, validating, and implementing infrastructure monitoring and management solution
- Practical experience with Splunk, SolarWinds, NETSCOUT, NNMi, HPNA, Cisco Catalyst, ScienceLogic or other infrastructure monitoring and management platforms
- Excellent communication, teamwork, leadership and conflict management, and critical thinking skills
- Willingness to learn new skills and new technologies
