Job Summary
Support and maintain enterprise network and application delivery infrastructure in a global production environment. Administer and troubleshoot F5 BIG-IP/A10 load balancers, DNS, and network connectivity issues. Perform infrastructure changes, incident troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and operational support. Automate operational tasks using scripting and configuration management tools. Collaborate with global infrastructure, application, and engineering teams to ensure high availability and service reliability. Requires 5+ years of experience in Network Infrastructure, Infrastructure Operations, or Network Operations, including hands-on F5 BIG-IP knowledge and scripting proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Network Infrastructure, Infrastructure Operations, or Network Operations
- Hands-on experience with F5 BIG-IP
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, routing, and switching
- Experience working with Linux/Unix environments
- Scripting or automation experience using Python, Ansible, Bash, PowerShell, or similar
- Experience supporting enterprise production environments with strong troubleshooting skills
Desired Qualifications
- A10 ADC experience
- Financial services or large enterprise experience
