Job Summary
Senior Infrastructure Manager to lead design, deployment, and management of core hardware and software infrastructure for Strive Pharmacy's operations; hands-on leadership of engineers; architecture of Proxmox clusters, Arista networks, and OPNsense; ensure regulatory compliance (FDA, DEA, HIPAA, PCI, cGMP); develop automation scripts in Python, Bash, and Go; drive infrastructure strategy, security hardening, and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and network engineering
- Mastery of Proxmox VE, including ZFS storage layouts, HA clustering, and ceph integration
- Deep expertise in routing and switching and network automation
- Advanced knowledge of OPNsense firewalls, HAProxy, VPNs (WireGuard and overlay), and Suricata
- Strong proficiency in Linux (Debian/AlmaLinux) and FreeBSD administration
- Experience writing scripts in Python, Bash, and Go; familiarity with Elixir or Clojure is highly desirable
