Job Summary
Lead a high-impact IAM team focused on on-prem Active Directory and Privileged Access Management (PAM). Design and execute a multi-year roadmap to mature AD and PAM implementations, ensure uptime and secure operations, and drive an automation-first IAM stack. Manage and grow a team of developers and engineers, enforce security best practices across AD/PAM, and collaborate with cybersecurity and business leaders to address complex organizational needs. Hands-on responsibilities include administering AD objects, domain controllers, DNS zones, Kerberos/LDAP authentication, and PAM governance across servers, databases, and network devices in a large enterprise environment (20,000+ users). The role blends leadership with continued hands-on technical work and requires strong communication and ability to operate in an international, fast-moving setting.
