Job Summary
Oversee lifecycle asset management and financial strategy for large-scale energy infrastructure investments; lead business-case development, capital investment analysis, and financial modeling; serve as primary Treasury & Strategic Finance representative coordinating with engineering, operations, asset management, and external stakeholders to optimize enterprise value; evaluate project economics under multiple scenarios; present recommendations to senior leadership and investment committees; develop governance processes, support debt issuance and alternative funding structures, and drive lifecycle value optimization for energy infrastructure projects including New Nuclear initiatives; participate in Emergency Response (ERO) and other cross-agency projects as required; collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategy with long-range asset plans and sustainability goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with a technical emphasis in accounting, finance, economics, business operations/industrial management, data analytics, or other related technical degree from an accredited college or university and eight years of progressive finance experience
- OR Associate’s degree in project management, business or related field from accredited college or university AND ten years of experience in a technical field
- OR High School Diploma/GED and twelve years of experience in a technical field
