Infrastructure Executive Director – Major Civil & PPP Projects

Job Summary
Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for large-scale heavy civil and marine infrastructure projects including bridges, tunnels, dams, jetties, wharf, and complex structural works. Lead project teams through all phases of construction including pre-construction planning, procurement, scheduling, execution, commissioning, and project closeout. Manage project financial performance including budgets, forecasting, cost controls, change management, and risk mitigation strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, consultants, municipalities, agencies, subcontractors, and joint venture partners. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with contractual, environmental, and regulatory requirements. Base salary ranging from $190,000 – $260,000 depending on experience, with an executive bonus structure, vehicle allowance, and comprehensive health and dental benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive heavy civil construction experience
- significant leadership experience on complex infrastructure projects
- Proven background managing major bridge, tunnel, marine, dam, port, wharf, jetty, or other large structural civil construction projects valued in excess of $100M
- Strong understanding of heavy civil construction methodologies including structural concrete, marine works, deep foundations, temporary works, excavation, shoring, and complex staging
- Demonstrated ability to lead large multidisciplinary teams while managing multiple stakeholders in high-profile project environments
- Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
