Job Summary
Diagnose complex issues across servers, networks, cloud environments, and systems to identify root causes, then recommend solutions balancing technical feasibility and customer priorities. Plan end-to-end infrastructure solutions and integrate systems in hybrid cloud and on-prem environments to ensure seamless operation. Test, refine, and automate processes to improve reliability, efficiency, and repeatability while documenting architectures for operational continuity. Coordinate cross-functional teams including Architects, Project Managers, and Technicians to drive project delivery from initiation to completion. Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate technical solutions clearly and build customer confidence through tangible, high-impact results.
Required Qualifications
- Deep expertise within specific technology domain areas (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics)
- Enterprise IT application experience
- Hands-on experience in at least one of the following: software development, DevOps engineering, systems administration, or systems architecture in public cloud AWS domain
- In-depth knowledge of Windows and Linux Operating System

- Familiar with a variety of IT concepts, practices, and procedures
- Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principals involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models
- Logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
