Job Summary
Manage strategic design, engineering, and operations of enterprise-wide IAM infrastructure, serving as the primary technical authority for identity lifecycle management, RBAC, and zero-trust frameworks. Lead IDP solutions including Okta and Entra ID while maintaining directory services and authentication protocols. Oversee team management for EKS and Infrastructure as Code platforms using GitOps and Terraform automation. Drive AI and automation initiatives via scripting languages and APIs to optimize workflows. Ensure compliance with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR through continuous monitoring and audit trails. Partner with product teams to support the future of AI while maintaining expertise across cloud IaaS environments including AWS, GCP, and Azure.
Required Qualifications
- 10 to 15 years in IT or similar technology fields
- 5 years managing infrastructure teams
- proven track record managing, building, scaling, and improving services
- understanding of Enterprise Architecture and governance best practices
- degree in CS, Engineering, or MIS, or equivalent practical experience
