Job Summary
The Infrastructure Engineering Manager will lead Endpoint and Server Engineering teams to design and standardize endpoint and server infrastructure (on-prem and cloud), drive automation and security, and partner with Security, Network, and Support teams to ensure a scalable, reliable technology environment. Responsibilities include defining standards, provisioning and patching devices and servers, integrating with Entra ID/Azure AD, enforcing compliance, managing KPIs, leading incident root cause analysis, and executing an automation-focused roadmap using modern management practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in endpoint engineering, device management, or enterprise IT infrastructure
- 2+ years of leadership or team management experience
- Strong experience with: Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager, Windows and macOS endpoint management, Azure AD / Entra ID and identity integration, JAMF / Apple device management
- Experience with: Device provisioning (Autopilot or equivalent), Endpoint security and compliance (Defender, MDM policies, conditional access)
- Application packaging and deployment
- Managing Windows and/or Linux server environments (on-premises and cloud platforms such as Azure/AWS)
- Server patching, monitoring, and performance management tools
- Supporting core enterprise services (Active Directory, DNS, file services, application hosting)
- Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams administration
- ITIL practices (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
- Endpoint lifecycle management and asset standards
- Virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, or equivalent)
- Infrastructure automation (PowerShell, scripting, or infrastructure-as-code tools)
- High availability, disaster recovery, and backup strategies
- Experience driving automation and reducing manual operational overhead
Desired Qualifications
