Infrastructure Engineering Lead Specialist

Job Summary
Lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of enterprise infrastructure platforms and services, driving reliability, scalability and innovation across all domains in line with business objectives and industry best practices. Oversee complex initiatives, act as a subject matter expert for infrastructure strategy and operations, and mentor engineering capability. Lead deployment and lifecycle management of critical infrastructure across servers, storage, networking and cloud platforms, including provisioning, optimisation, patching and decommissioning. Partner with stakeholders to deliver resilient solutions, ensure compliance, monitor SLA/OLA performance and problem management, and manage vendor relationships.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years’ experience in infrastructure engineering or related field.
- Proven expertise in designing and managing enterprise infrastructure (on-premises and cloud).
- Strong knowledge of automation, scripting, and infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Strong experience in ITIL – Service Now with experience in building forms and relevant coding for further automation.
- Experience managing technical teams, vendors and ongoing vendor relationships.
