Job Summary
Infrastructure Engineer role in Doncaster, UK focused on running and improving the enterprise collaboration ecosystem. Responsibilities include Azure administration for collaboration workloads, managing M365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams), configuring and managing Microsoft Teams platform features, and Intune device management. The role involves automation engineering with PowerShell and Power Automate to streamline operations, implementing security controls and governance policies (DLP, conditional access, Zero Trust), monitoring service health, optimizing performance and adoption, engaging with customers/stakeholders, and producing technical documentation and runbooks. Security clearance is required for the role (SC) with UK residency considerations; strong customer service orientation and troubleshooting across cloud collaboration platforms are essential.
Required Qualifications
