Job Summary
Administer macOS, Windows, and Azure environments while managing identity policies, M365 services, and hybrid networking infrastructure. Build automated monitoring pipelines and self-healing runbooks to reduce incident escalation volume. Design and deploy AI-powered automation workflows that replace repetitive processes like ticket triage and access provisioning using Model Context Protocol integrations. Develop REST and GraphQL API integrations connecting cloud services and endpoint management tools. Provide Tier 3 support for escalated infrastructure issues and partner with DevOps teams to align investments with product roadmaps.
Required Qualifications
- Five or more years of experience in systems engineering or systems administration demonstrated ownership of complex hybrid cloud environments.
- Hands-on experience implementing AI tools or LLM-powered workflows in an IT operations context — including prompt engineering, API integration, or agent orchestration.
- Working knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP): how MCP servers are structured, how AI agents consume tool definitions, and how to expose IT system capabilities through MCP endpoints.
- Strong API fluency: experience building and maintaining REST API integrations using Python, PowerShell, or equivalent, with version control and documentation practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Azure AD / Entra ID, and Azure cloud services.
- Experience with endpoint management platforms (Intune).
- Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs, and firewall management.
- Demonstrated experience in a healthcare IT or regulated environment (HIPAA, HITRUST, NIST).
Desired Qualifications
- Experience building AI agent workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, or custom MCP server implementations.
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code and GitOps practices (Terraform, Bicep, or equivalent).
- Background in DevOps or platform engineering, with exposure to CI/CD pipelines and containerized workloads.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, MCSE, or equivalent certification.
