Job Summary
Lead and participate in IT infrastructure projects, including the design, deployment, and maintenance of server systems, cloud services, and virtualization platforms. Oversee Windows, Linux, and virtualized environment deployments while implementing updates and patches to ensure optimal performance and security. Develop PowerShell scripts for automation and manage infrastructure using Terraform to streamline configuration processes. Respond to infrastructure-related issues, collaborate with teams to troubleshoot complex problems, and maintain accurate documentation of configurations and procedures. Participate in Agile workflows including sprint planning and retrospectives to ensure efficient delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure engineering or a similar role
- Strong scripting skills in PowerShell
- Excellent troubleshooting and critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks/projects effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience with Azure cloud services, including setup, configuration, and management
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services, such as Intune (Endpoint Manager), Privileged Identity Management (PIM), Endpoint Protection Manager (EPM), and the Microsoft stack in Azure
- Experience with Veeam backup and replication solutions, including setup, configuration, and management

Desired Qualifications
- an understanding of coding, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles, and experience with Terraform and DevOps practices
- Experience with monitoring platforms like Datadog or Site24x7
- Experience with enterprise-level monitoring platforms (Datadog, Site24x7, etc.)
- Experience in a healthcare environment
- Experience with server administration and virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.)
- Experience with Azure cloud services and Microsoft 365 services
- Familiarity with Terraform and DevOps practices
- Understanding of Agile workflow methodologies
