Job Summary
Infrastructure Engineer at QuantHealth responsible for owning and refining the cloud infrastructure powering a distributed, single-tenant clinical trial SaaS platform. Key duties include developing and hardening AWS/Azure-based infrastructure, designing secure and high-performance network topology, implementing disaster recovery and backup strategies, coordinating SRE practices (incident management, alerting, tracing, reliability metrics), collaborating with engineering teams to support stable deployments, administering systems (AWS/Databricks/DBs) with access controls and security hardening, and establishing an infrastructure request/self-service provisioning workflow.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience managing core services on AWS and/or Azure
- Experience with cloud networking
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.)
- Relational DB Management
- CI/CD pipelines
- At least 2 years of experience with Kubernetes
- Experience working with single-tenant architectures
- Infrastructure operations processes
- Linux and Bash scripting
- SRE and observability platforms (NewRelic, Datadog)
