Infrastructure Engineer (IT) - IAS

Infrastructure Engineer (IT) for IAS based at Templecombe (UK) with hybrid work (minimum 4 days in office) in a permanent full-time role. Leads and supports the IT infrastructure across Microsoft and RHEL environments, virtualization platforms, and multi-site systems. Responsibilities include administering and maintaining servers (physical & virtual), Windows 11 clients, VMware and Nvidia GRID virtualization, configuring Active Directory and Exchange, enabling identity and messaging services, and applying patches and updates. Uses PowerShell and other automation/configuration‐as‐code tools to streamline deployments and operations; mentors junior team members; provides 3rd-line support and collaborates with vendors. Requires ability to obtain/maintain UK security clearance (SC). Strong troubleshooting, networking, security principles, and customer-focused communication skills are required. Willingness to support global sites with travel under 10%.
