Job Summary
Infrastructure Engineer III for IAM/IGA operations responsible for building automation using Python/PowerShell, analyzing ServiceNow incident data, monitoring with Splunk and Grafana, developing automated remediation scripts for common incident patterns, partnering with application teams to troubleshoot IAM platforms (MyAccess, Entitlement Manager, CertifyNow), assisting with CI/CD pipeline maintenance and deployment automation using Git/GitHub, contributing to runbooks and incident response documentation, and supporting SQL Server database operations for operational analytics; participates in on-call rotation and incident response across IAM/IGA platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Formal training or 3+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, site reliability, or platform operations
- Foundational knowledge of scripting in Python or PowerShell with ability to read, modify, and create automation scripts
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Splunk, Grafana, or similar)
- Exposure to incident management workflows and ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow)
- Basic understanding of infrastructure concepts including networking, databases, and application deployment
- Willingness to learn identity and access management domain concepts
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
