Job Summary
Infrastructure Engineer III focused on capacity and scalability management for critical applications in JPMorganChase’s Consumer and Community Banking. You will partner with infrastructure platform, application development, and SRE teams to govern standard capacity processes, develop scaling plans, analyze data to optimize resource use, and deliver end-to-end monitoring and reporting of capacity across portfolios. Responsibilities include identifying capacity risks, automating monitoring views, driving improvements, delivering capacity reports to stakeholders, and coordinating multiple efforts to ensure systems are ready for ad-hoc events.
Required Qualifications
- Formal training or certification in infrastructure engineering concepts
- 3+ years applied experience
