Job Summary
Compute & Storage Infrastructure Engineer (P2) for Global On-Prem environment. Designs, builds, secures, and operates hybrid on-prem environments, troubleshooting incidents, supporting upgrades, and driving automation and cross-region collaboration with teams across NA, Europe, and Asia. Must excel in English, embrace ITSM/ITIL, documentation standards, and provide Tier 2/3 on-prem support while working with VMware, Windows Server, RedHat Linux, and storage technologies in a globally distributed setting.
