Infrastructure Engineer

Design, implement, and continuously improve large components of Flatfile's infrastructure while fully understanding the inner workings to rebuild systems without breaking a sweat. Proactively monitor ongoing or potential infrastructure issues affecting Flatfile and our customer base, collaborating with engineering and leadership to meet business goals. Automate manual tasks, reduce technical debt, and lead on-premise deployments for customers demanding a white-glove service level. Maintain uptime and KPIs while assisting in on-premise customer deployments as needed. Requires 2+ years of AWS and Kubernetes experience, Linux proficiency, and Terraform skills. On-call rotation is part of the role.
