Job Summary
Evaluate, design, build, and deploy highly available, scalable, and secure IT infrastructure services using leading-edge technologies. Operate and administer day-to-day enterprise-level operations for network, internet, and VPN covering the Singapore and India offices, while diagnosing and troubleshooting outages for network, VPN, and voice systems. Perform upgrades and patches on Cisco ISE, ASA, switches, WLC, and Fortigate firewalls under change management guidelines. Develop Python or Bash automation scripts to streamline repetitive network operations, including patch orchestration, certificate tracking, and vulnerability scanning. Support basic AWS cloud networking tasks such as VPC configurations and site-to-site VPN tunnels. Create and maintain technical documentation, network topology diagrams, and IPAM records. Ensure infrastructure management aligns with MAS regulatory requirements and coordinate with vendors for incident escalation and hardware support. Willing to be on standby after off-hours for major incidents.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 to 5 years of experience in managing IT infrastructure services
- Proficient in network, VPN, virtual machines
- Practical experience configuring and troubleshooting Cisco networking devices
- Practical experience configuring and troubleshooting Fortigate firewalls
- CLI proficiency
- Ability to manage and maintain IT and cloud infrastructure
- Familiarity in SaaS or cloud-based environments
- Experience in scripting languages (Python and/or Bash) to automate operations and reduce manual network BAU tasks
- Strong analytical, hands-on and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment
- Willing to be on stand-by and contactable after off-hours to support any outages or major incidents
