Infrastructure Engineer

Infrastructure Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining highly available, secure, and scalable infrastructure platforms aligned with enterprise standards. Focus areas include cloud-enabled services, platform engineering, automation, and proactive service ownership. Duties cover incident/problem/change management, Tier 3 technical support and vendor escalation, documenting architectures and operations, enforcing infrastructure standards, and enabling self-service and automation to reduce manual effort. Collaborates across teams (applications, security, architecture, and business stakeholders) to deliver integrated infrastructure solutions, evaluates emerging technologies, and supports transformation initiatives; 3+ days per week in Raleigh, NC office in a hybrid arrangement.
