Job Summary
Role focuses on understanding customer strategies and business requirements; create architectural technologies and roadmaps that align business and IT, drive adoption of technology across the enterprise, and collaborate with infra domain, presales, and customer architect. Demonstrates delivery and solution-architecture perspective, assesses capacity management, and establishes the technical framework. Expertise in virtualization (VCF), Unix, AD & Exchange, Storage & backup, Network (LAN & WAN) and Security, with ability to present findings to local and senior management. Strong verbal and written communication skills and experience handling customer & IT vendors.
