Job Summary
Lead and manage complex municipal water and wastewater infrastructure design projects from concept through delivery. Oversee design leadership, team coordination, QA/QC, and resource management to meet schedule and budget. Develop design scopes, schedules, and budgets; coordinate deliverables with multidisciplinary teams; mentor junior staff; and nurture client relationships. Requires a Licensed Professional Engineer with at least 5 years of relevant experience, including 2-3 years in design management, and a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or architecture or related professional experience
- Minimum 5 years of professional or relevant experience, with 2-3 years in design management
- Experience in design leadership, QA/QC, and multi-disciplinary coordination
- Strong proposal writing and business development is a plus
