Job Summary
Infrastructure Design Lead with a proven track record in managing a high-performance, cross-functional team to design, implement, and govern hybrid cloud infrastructure (on-prem to cloud) across Azure, AWS, and GCP. Responsible for ensuring reliable delivery and operational KPIs, developing repeatable infrastructure service catalogs via Infrastructure as Code, and collaborating with architecture and vendor teams to secure and optimize network, PaaS, and IaaS solutions. The role emphasizes governance, security, and continuous innovation within enterprise IT infrastructure, including advanced networking designs, cloud-native services, and hybrid connectivity (on-prem to cloud).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science or in a related field or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years in Enterprise Infrastructure Management in large organizations for hybrid cloud
- 5+ years in deploying and/or onboarding networks in Cloud, software defined networks and complex routing environments
- Preferred: Master’s or Bachelor’s in Computer Science
- Industry Certifications is an advantage
- Extensive knowledge in cloud IAM services (EntraID) and security architecture
- Experience with IaC platforms (Terraform, Ansible)
- Strong scripting languages (Powershell, JSON, HCL, YAML, Python)
- Experience with public cloud deployments and network services
- ITIL/ITSM familiarity
- Capable of leading a cross-functional team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
