Infrastructure Delivery Manager

Job Summary
Manage build projects and schedules for multiple simultaneous global, strategic infrastructure build projects, including new server builds, hardware replacements, decommissions, and environment enhancements. Coordinate agile and expedited builds, oversee software upgrade projects, and ensure all build and configuration documentation is correct. Lead technical activities to influence outcomes, manage vendor relationships, and hold resources accountable for deliverables, quality, and due dates. Proactively manage project risk, resolve conflicts, and troubleshoot build issues during verification and testing while adapting to shifting priorities and timelines.
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure components and how they interrelate to form a cohesive, end to end solution
- Experience with building Windows/Unix servers
- Ability to deliver complex assignments in a fast paced, intense environment with minimal supervision
- Demonstrates initiative to explore new technology, processes and methods
- Excellent organizational, oral and written communication skills with an ability to interact with all levels of the organization in a professional, diplomatic and tactful manner
- A consultative team player that can assess conflicting view points and opinions but has an ability to rationally assess alternatives and clearly articulate recommendations to management
- Proficient in MS Office, GSuite, Lotus Notes
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
- Exposure to ServiceNow
- Exposure to Agile, SCRUM
- Exposure to DevOps operating model
