Job Summary

Coordinate site surveys, system integration, and installation activities by acting as the program integrator across engineering, installation, and operational stakeholders. Serve as the primary liaison with military installations, NAVFAC, site personnel, and security offices to secure required access, approvals, and agreements. Support planning and execution of site surveys across multiple CONUS and OCONUS locations while enabling engineering and installation teams through site readiness and coordination. Manage material movement, shipment, and delivery requirements to support field execution, and identify and resolve coordination challenges related to site access, security, and infrastructure dependencies. Communicate site constraints, risks, and impacts to program leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure successful program objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • U.S. citizenship
  • Active Secret clearance
  • Ability to obtain a higher clearance as needed
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of experience
  • Associate's degree
  • 7+ years of experience
  • Ability to coordinate across engineering, logistics, and operations teams
  • Ability to coordinate across CONUS and OCONUS locations as required to meet program objectives

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience coordinating site access, infrastructure, or multi-site program execution
  • Experience working with military installations, NAVFAC, or Department of Defense stakeholders
  • Familiarity with site surveys, installation coordination, or field execution activities
  • Experience supporting logistics coordination, material movement, or shipment processes
